1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Assistant Chief Executive Officer (1)
Job role:
> The CFO is responsible to direct and oversee all of the financial activities of the Bank, including the preparation of periodic financial reports and provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. The objective of this role is to make significant contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategies and supports the leadership team in policy formulation and setting the business directions of the organization by providing necessary input.
Qualifications/Experiences
> Master’s Degree in accounting or business administration with a Professional Qualification under any Institute of Professional Accountants like CA/ACCA
> Strong track record of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting and control activities in leading role for financial institutions and similar organization
> At least 15 years of progressive financial management experience with a successful track record in a senior finance leadership role and must be currently working in the position of senior manager for at least 5 year.
> A sound understanding of actuarial principles and practices
2. Chief Operating Officer (COO): Assistant Chief Executive Officer (1)
Job role:
> The COO is responsible for designing, implementing and driving operating model for the future across technology, change and operations. The COO will bring a track record of 'best-in-class' systems and operations management ensuring efficiencies and innovation, as well as bringing a continuous improvement mind-set. He/she will be a strategic thinker able to contribute to the broader picture, as well as being hands-on and detail-orientated in the oversight and follow through of the team. The individual will make an important contribution to the strategic direction and choices of the Bank regarding future target operating model and key themes such as change programs, investment programs and new business initiatives.
Qualifications/Experiences
> Must have completed at least CA or Master Degree from recognized university
> Minimum of 15 years of experience in Commercial Banks and at least 5 years of experience in related job functions in related job functions
> Must be currently working in the position of Senior Manager for at least 3 years
> Preference shall be given to candidates having additional knowledge in the area of Information Technology and also can equally handle position of Chief Information Technology Officer.
3. Chief Recovery Officer (CReO): Senior Manager (1)
Job summary
The Chief Recovery Officer (CReO) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recover non-performing assets (NPAs) and managing distressed loan portfolios efficiently. The candidate must possess strong leadership analytical and risk management skills to drive the banks effort in reducing credit losses and ensuring the Overall health of loan portfolio of the bank.
The CReO is responsible for planning, leading, and executing strategies to recover the bank's assets, mitigate credit risk, and ensure financial stability during challenging economic conditions. This role is vital in safeguarding the bank's financial health, reputation, and long-term viability.
Qualifications / Experiences
> Must have completed at least CA or Master Degree from recognized university.
> Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Banks and at least 3 years of experience in related job functions. Must be currently working in the position of Manager for at least 3 years.
4. Chartered Accountant (CA): Senior Officer/ Officer/ Junior Officer (Few)
- Location: Head Office, Various Departments
Job Specification:
> Candidates must have thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.
Qualification:
> Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or any other recognized body.
Experience:
> Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in banking sector for Senior Officer, minimum 1 year for Officer and fresher’s can apply for Junior Officer.
5. Reconciliation Officer: Senior Officer/ Officer/ Junior Officer (1)

> Candidate is responsible for reviewing financial records, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
> Maintain detailed records of reconciliation activities, including documentation of discrepancies and their resolutions.

6. Central Credit Department and Kathmandu area Branches (Relationship managers/ Relationship Officers): manager/ Deputy Manager/ Senior officer/ officer/ Junior officer (Few)

> Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.
> Candidate must have at least 6 years of working experience at credit function of the Bank for managerial level and atleast 3 years for officer level.
Experience:
> Managerial Level: Candidate must have at least 7 years of working experience at Bank.
> Officer Level: Candidate must have at least 4 years of working experience at Bank.
Qualification:
> Managerial Level: CA / Master’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
