Pact, a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC, is implementing a USAID-funded project, Sajhedari Bikas, aimed at empowering local communities to direct their own development. Pact has an immediate need for highly competent Nepali citizens to fill the following position to be based respectively in Abu Khairini and Charikot.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
The M&E officer will be responsible for assisting in all program monitoring activities. S/he will help to implement a Performance Based Management System (PBMS) that ensures comprehensive and accurate data collection, proper database development, and analysis of results to improve project implementation. The incumbent will work closely with the M&E team and will report to the M&E Director. S/he will collaborate closely on a day basis with the Sajhedari Bikas Recovery offices in their respective district.
