VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, a leading
National Level Development Bank, dedicated to delivering innovative and
customer-centric banking solutions, invites applications from dynamic,
persistent, and results oriented (within Bank's Risk appetite) Nepalese
citizens for following roles:
1. Chartered Accountants: Few (Central Office/Up to Officer Level)
- Should be Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAN or ICAI. Prior
audit experience of Commercial or National Level Development Banks shall
be highly preferred.
- Should be well versed with BAFIA, NRB
Directives and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Should be a
team player with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
2. Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants : Few (Central Office/Up to
Supervisor Level)
- Should have completed CAP-II from ICAN or IPCC from ICAI and also
should have completed 3 years' of articleship.
- Prior audit
experience of Commercial or National Level Development Banks shall be an
added advantage.
- Should be well versed with BAFIA, NRB Directives
and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Should be a team player
with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
3. Information Security Department: Few (Central Office/Up to
Officer Level)
- Should have completed Bachelor Degree in Information
Security/Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related subject from
recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year prior experience in
information security or related field, possessing the sound techniques of
application/network and vulnerability assessment and penetration testing,
with good understanding of firewalls (Email Security, Web Application,
Network), SIEM, antivirus & IPS/IDS concepts.
4. IT Department: Few (Central Office/Up to Supervisor Level)
- Should have completed Bachelors degree in Information Technology
or related subject from recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of
prior experience in IT and Digital Banking along with strong background in
IT project management.
- Hands-on experience with third-party
integrations, particularly in Mobile Banking and Internet Banking.
5. Branch Managers : Few (Across All Regions/Up to Officer
Level)
- Minimum 3 years of prior banking experience in branch management
role.
- Should have proper understanding of branch compliance,
operational risk, credit portfolio growth with people management skills
and sales-oriented approach.
- Able to lead the branch towards
achieving goals/targets.
- Able to lead, mentor and groom team
members to create better output.
- Have good knowledge of product and
competitive market with sound relationship with clients.
6. Assistant Relationship Managers: Few (Across All Regions/Up to
Supervisor Level)
- Minimum 2 years of prior banking experience in credit sales of
BFIS.
- Should have proper understanding of credit portfolio growth
with sales-oriented approach having thorough understanding of compliance
and risk of credit domain.
Age Criteria:
Not
exceeding 30 years for Assistant level and 35 years for Officer level as
on Vacancy deadline.
