The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of
the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, announces the opening of
admissions for classified (free) scholarship quotas at the Diploma and
Certificate level Programs (Excluding Health Programs) in CTEVT's
constituent/affiliated colleges for the academic year 2082/2083 BS.
CTEVT is offering 2165 scholarships for meritorious students to study 22 various programs. Scholarships in each program differ according to the total enrollment quota.

Minimum Academic Qualification Requirements
a. For Exams Before the Implementation of Letter Grading System
Programs: All diploma/certificate level programs excluding health Programs
- Eligibility: SLC or equivalent with compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science from a recognized institution or passed the related TSLC/Pre-Diploma level run by the Council with a minimum of 68.33% in total marks.
For Exams After the Implementation of Letter Grading System
b. Programs: All diploma/certificate level programs excluding health Programs
- Eligibility: SEE or equivalent with compulsory English, Mathematics, and Science with a minimum GPA of 1.6 in aggregate (on a 4.0 scale) or passed the related TSLC/Pre-Diploma level run by the Council with a minimum of 68.33% in total marks.
Eligibility to Study Related Programs
Student who have passed the Pre-Diploma level or the Technical Stream of Grades 9–10 (or equivalent) under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) are eligible to pursue either the same program they previously studied or another program within the same faculty.
