TU 45th Convocation Ceremony is going to be held on on Monday, December 19, 2019 (2076/09/03) at Pulchowk Campus, Pulchowk(sports ground), Lalitpur.
As per notice, Participants students are requested to be in their respective Convocation Gown/ Scurf/ Cap and should enter Pulchowk ground at 10:00 AM and sit accordingly as per seating arrangement. Students receiving the scholarship (P.hd) and convocation medal prizes are requested to sit in the front of the bar as per seating arrangement.

1. Gown / scarf / Cap distribution:
The Convocation Gown/Scurf/Cap distribution starts from 2076/08/25 to 2076/09/02 (will be distributed on holidays as well). Students can collect their Convocation Gown/ Scurf/ Cap at Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
