1. Branch Managers- (Supervisor/Junior Officer/ Officer/Senior Officer) — Few Positions
- Deputation: Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley
This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank's Brand and effectively act as Bank's Brand Representative. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and also should possess an ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals with an eye towards enhancing customer experience. Job grade shall depend on the market size/ experience/ competency of candidates.
2. Relationship Manager- (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer) — Few Positions
- Deputation: Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley
Candidates are expected to have a good product and competitive market knowledge while having qualities of a self-directed, strategic seller and problem-solving attitude. Candidates must have the ability to strengthen the working relationships with clients, utilizing excellent communication techniques, identify a potential customer base for the growth of the Bank's portfolio. Candidates must have expertise in writing credit application files, complying with the Bank's policy and procedures, and with the NRB Directives appropriately.
3. Operation In Charge- (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor) - Few Positions
- Deputation: Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley
Candidates must have the qualities to effectively manage Bank's operation for delivering prompt and delightful financial service to the customers. The candidates are expected to have team player quality while ensuring the compliance of policies and procedures by the operation staff. Importantly must have a high level of competence and confidence in handling encountered financial/administrative issues on day-to-day tasks.
4. Trade Finance In Charge (Officer/Senior Officer) —1 Position
- Deputation: Central Office
The candidate should have good knowledge of trade finance and manage the operational execution of trade-related transactions. The candidate must be able to lead the team to handle the day-to-day processing of Collections, letters of credit as part of the trade operation team to meet agreed customer service level agreements and review outstanding transactions. Candidates are responsible to take care of funded and non-funded facilities provided to the clients. Candidates are also expected to marketing plan for the business growth and monitor the progress of the same. Candidates must have experience working in the same field.
5. Trade Finance Department— (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer) — Few Positions
- Deputation: All Regional Office (Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley)
- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English. Candidates are expected to support day to day operation of Trade Finance (Import, Export, and guarantee) in accordance with the banking standards and NRB Directives.
- Candidates must have experience working in the same field.
6. Loan Recovery (Supervisor/Junior Officer/ Officer) - Few Positions
- Deputation: Central Office / All Regional Office (Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley)
- The candidates are expected to acknowledge and accept challenging risk management targets. The candidate should be able to support in formulating the strong recovery control technique as well as to recommend triggers & limits and report to management about the adequacy and effectiveness of recovery practices and policies embraced by the bank. Candidates must have experience working in the same field.
7. Deposit Marketing (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer) — Few Positions
- Deputation: All Regional Office (Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley)
- Candidates should engage in accomplishing Banks' growth and profitability objectives by designing, implementing, and leading the marketing and business development plans effectively. Candidates should have the potential to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote the products and services of the bank. Candidates should have the quality of mobilizing the assigned region /team to achieve the given target. Candidates are also expected to identify and capitalize on new business and cross-selling of bank products and services.
8. Field Staff (Small and Micro Banking) — (Junior Assistant /Assistant) - Few Positions
- Deputation: Inside /Outside Kathmandu Valley
- Candidates must have the strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers while encouraging them for the collection of deposits, maximum Micro Lending in group s or individual basis.
- Candidates must have a can-do attitude and good team player skills with experience relating to Microfinance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA for APPLICANTS:
Assistant level (Junior Assistant/Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor)
> Minimum Qualification for Junior Assistant/Assistant: Intermediate (Preference will be given to Bachelor degree in Management or Economics).
> Minimum Qualification for Senior Assistant/ Supervisor: Bachelor's Degree.
> Candidates should possess Banking experience in the relevant field for at least 1 to 3 years for Junior Assistant/Assistant.
> Candidates should possess Banking experience in the relevant field for at least 3 to 5 years for Senior Assistant/ Supervisor.
> The age of candidates should not exceed 35 years as of the 21st of July, 2021.
Officer Level- (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)
> Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preference will be given to Master's degree in Management or Economics).
> Candidates should possess Banking experience in the relevant field for at least 4 to 8 years.
> The age of candidates should not exceed 40 years as of the 21st of July, 2021.
Instruction to Applicants
> All selected candidates must be willing to work in any branch of the bank (inside / outside Kathmandu Valley).
> Special Preference will be given to local candidates or the candidates from the surrounding areas of the branch.
> Candidates must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
> Candidates with two-wheeler licenses shall have an added advantage especially for the applicant of Small and Micro Banking (SMB).
> Functional Position shall be based on the competency and relevant experience of the candidates and also as per need of the bank.
> Applicants for Small and Micro Banking (SMB) must be willing to work in rural/remote areas and should have a passion to work with rural farmers and smallholding entrepreneurs for uplifting the income and economic status of marginal /deprived people.
