VACANCY NOTICE
Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh (Employees Provident Fund) Pulchowk, Lalitpur invites application from eligible candidates for the Administrative and Technical positions. These vacant positions will be fulfilled by open competitive examination.
The details and requirements for candidates interested in these positions are as follows.
Position: Administrative and Technical position (Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager)
- Level: 8th, 7th, 6th,5th and 4th
- Service/ Group: Administration/Administration, Administration/ Legal, Technical/ Information Technology
- No. of vacancies:25
- Educational Qualification: Master, Bachelor, +2
- Salary Scale and Other Benefits: As per the prevailing rules of the Fund.
- Nature of Appointment: Permanent
Age Limit
1. For Level 4th and 5th positions:: The applicant must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 25 years as of the final application date (29 Magh, 2082). For female and disabled candidates, the upper limit is 40 years.
2. For Level 6th positions: The applicant must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 25 years as of the final application date (29 Magh, 2082). For female and disabled candidates, the upper limit is 40 years.
3. For Level 8th or higher positions requiring work experience:The applicant must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 45 years as of the final application date (29 Magh, 2082).
4. For permanent employees of the Fund, no age limit applies.
Type of Examination
- For Level 4 and Level 5 posts: Written examination, computer skill test, interview, and other required methods as per the syllabus
- For all other posts: Written examination and interview
Application Submission Deadline:
> With Normal Fee: 21 days from date of vacancy publication i.e. 2082/10/29 (12 February 2026)
> With Late Fee: Additional 7 days i.e. 2082/11/07 (19 February 2026)
