VACANCY NOTICE
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters (Human Resource Development Department, Professional Development Directorate, Recruitment Selection Branch), Naxal, Kathmandu, invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for the various position. The vacant position are to be fulfilled through an inclusive open competition.
Applicants must personally submit their application with a ticket of Rs. 10 affixed.

Application Fees
- Prahari Jawan (Janapad): Rs. 300 payable with the application form; 20% (Rs. 60) per each additional group for candidates
- Prahari Karyalaya Sahayogi: Rs. 200 payable with the application form; 20% (Rs. 40) per each additional group for candidates
Age Limits
- Prahari Jawan (Janapad): At least 18 years and not exceeding 23 years by the last date of application registration. For in-service non-gazetted police personnel without rank, not exceeding 25 years as per Rule 40 of Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments).
- Prahari Karyalaya Sahayogi: At least 18 years and not exceeding 25 years by the last date of application registration.
SELECTION PROCESS
1. Preliminary health check and physical fitness test
2. Written examination (for Prahari Jawan only): Conducted by the Public Service Commission at exam centers designated by the Commission
3. Practical examination: Only for Prahari Karyalaya Sahayogi
4. Interview
Application Deadline:
- Form Submission Period: 2082/06/19 (5 October 2025) to 2082/07/10 (27 October 2025)
- Time: 10:00 AM to office hours (excluding public holidays)
