VACANCY NOTICE
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters (Human Resource Development Department, Recruitment Selection Section), Naxal, Kathmandu, invites application from eligible candidates for the various Technical Police Positions.
Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens to fill these positions through open competition in accordance with inclusive provisions.
A. Position: Technical Police Deputy Superintendent, Technical Police Inspector, Technical Police Sub-Inspector, and Technical Police Assistant Sub-Inspector
- Sub-group: Engineering/ Arms/ Forensic Science/ Health
B. Position: Technical Police Constable
- Sub-group: Engineering/Canine/Health/Music
Total No. of vacancies (A+B): 611
Application Fee
- Technical Police Deputy Superintendent: Rs. 2,000 through online application submission. For candidates applying in more than one group, an additional 20 percent fee, that is Rs. 400 per group, will apply.
- Technical Police Inspector: Rs. 1,200 through online application submission. For candidates applying in more than one group, an additional 20 percent fee, that is Rs. 240 per group, will apply.
- Technical Police Sub-Inspector: Rs. 700 through online application submission. For candidates applying in more than one group, an additional 20 percent fee, that is Rs. 140 per group, will apply.
- Technical Police Assistant Sub-Inspector: Rs. 500 through online application submission. For candidates applying in more than one group, an additional 20 percent fee, that is Rs. 100 per group, will apply.
- Technical Police Constable: Rs. 300 must be submitted with the application form. For candidates applying in more than one group, an additional 20 percent fee, that is Rs. 60 per group, will apply.

- For Technical Police Deputy Superintendent, Technical Police Inspector, Technical Police Sub-Inspector, and Technical Police Assistant Sub-Inspector: 2082/12/25 (8 April 2026) to 2083/01/24 (7 May 2026) through ORMS online.
- For Technical Police Constable: 2082/12/25 (8 April 2026) to 2083/01/25 (8 May 2026), from 10:00 AM to office hours, except on public holidays.
