- Application Fees: NPR 400/-. For Internal Competition, Inter-Level, and additional advertisements under inclusive groups, candidates must pay NPR 200 for each additional group advertisement, and an additional NPR 200 per post for additional paper.

Age Limit (as of 2082/12/18)
- Male: Should have completed 18 years old and should not exceed 35 years of age.

- For Health Services: Should have completed 18 years old and should not exceed 45 years of age.
- No age limit for current permanent of Federal Civil Service, any Provincial Civil Service, and Local Services employees (subject to certification by the office head).
