The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal
Police Headquarters, Welfare Division, Naxal, Kathmandu,invites applications
for the appointment of a Legal Advisor.
Position: Legal Advisor
- Basis of evaluation: Interview.
Minimum Qualifications for Candidates:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications for the post of
Legal Advisor of the Police Welfare Fund:
(a) Must have completed a
Master's degree in Law from any university or institute,
(b) Advocate or
Senior Advocate with at least ten years of professional experience,
(c)
Not convicted of a criminal offense,
(d) Not a member of any political
party at the time of application,
(e) Not having any conflict of interest
with the Fund,
(f) Must have completed 35 years of age and not exceeded
55 years of age on the last date of application.
