The Nepal Government, Teacher's Service Commission (TSC)
(Shiksha Sewa Aayog) Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has announced a vacancy for
Secondary Level, Level III Teachers. These vacant positions will be filled
through open and inclusive competitive examinations.
This
initiative seeks to fill various positions in public schools for secondary
level, third grade teachers with skilled and dedicated secondary-level
teachers.

Conducting exams:
- Date and time of conducting written examination (general): 2083/01/05
(Saturday) at 1:00 PM
- The date of written examination (subjective)
shall be fixed at the time of publication of results of general
examination.
- Date, time and place of interview: The result of the
written examination (subjective) will be specified at the time of
publication.
Minimum qualifications required for a candidate: -
- Should be Nepali citizen.
- Should not be disqualified as per
Rule 10 of the Teachers Service Commission Rules (with amendments), 2057.

Should have passed Bachelor level or similar examination (at least 300
full marks or 12 credit hours) in the related subject from a recognized
educational institution and completed at least 10 months training in education
subject. However, even if they have not received training in Science,
Mathematics, English, Office Operations / Accounting and Computer Science,
they will be able to apply for the post of Teacher as per this
advertisement.
- For Social Studies, candidates who have a Bachelor’s in
Social Studies (Education) or a Bachelor's degree in Economics, History, Rural
Development, Geography, Civics, Political Science, Philosophy, Ethics,
Psychology, Anthropology, Environmental Education, Health Education, Physical
Education, Culture, Sociology, Population Education, or Health and Physical
Education are eligible.
- Should hold permanent teaching license of
secondary level.
Examination Centers
The examination
will be conducted in the following districts: Morang (Koshi Province),
Dhanusha (Madhesh Province), Makwanpur (Bagmati Province), Kaski (Gandaki
Province), Dang (Lumbini Province), Surkhet (Karnali Province), and Kailali
(Sudurpashchim Province). Based on the number of examinees, the Teacher's
Service Commission (TSC) might determine examination centers in other

website.
Age Limit (as on application deadline):

Should have completed 18 yrs (only those born up to 2064/11/03)
and should not exceed 40 yrs
- There shall be no age limit for the
candidate working for the post of permanent teacher.
