VACANCY NOTICE
Prime Commercial Bank Ltd., an ‘A’ class financial
institution brings you opportunities to grow together professionally and
managerially. We seek application for following positions from suitably,
dynamic and result oriented Nepalese citizens with strong interpersonal skill
and pleasant personality.
1. Business Development
(Various Corporate Levels)
Required Experience and Qualification:
A minimum experience of 3 years or above with relevant and progressive
work exposure in business development focusing on institutional or public
deposit marketing in Financial Institutions. Candidates shall be responsible
for coordination of various business development activities of the Bank,
developing business development concepts, planning and implementing business
development strategies, organizing business development activities or events
to promote products and services of the Bank, focusing on conducting market
research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth for soliciting
institutional and public deposits. Candidate must currently be working at one
position below the position applying for. Candidates applying for the position
must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business related field from recognized
University. (Master’s Degree in business related field with specialization in
Business Development/Marketing is preferred)
2. Branch Manager
(Various Corporate Levels- Majorly for Outside Kathmandu Valley
Branches and few for Inside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience and Qualification:
A minimum experience of 3 years or above with relevant and progressive
work exposure in Financial Institutions with focus in Credit, Business
Development, Trade Finance and Branch Management. Candidates with previous
work experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in Financial
Institutions inside or outside Kathmandu Valley shall be preferred. Candidates
should also have sound working knowledge of Central Bank Directives and
Circulars. Candidate must currently be working at one position below the
position applying for. Candidates applying for the position must have minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field from recognized University.
(Master’s Degree in business related field is preferred)
3. Chartered Accountant
Required Qualification:
Candidates must have completed CA
holding sound knowledge of Central Bank Directives, BAFIA, Company Act 2063,
Income Tax Act 2058, NAS/IAS/NFRS, AML Guidelines and other relevant banking
rules and regulations. Candidates having relevant work experience post
qualifications are preferred. Candidates without prior work experience post
qualification should not have crossed 30 years as on June 25, 2024.
4. Legal Officer
Required Experience and Qualification:
A minimum of 5
years of relevant and progressive work experience as practitioner lawyer
holding advocate license. Preference will be given to candidate having
progressive work experience either in Financial Institution or in a reputed
law firm with focus in banking and company/corporate law with ability to
represent the Bank in Court and is able to provide technical and
administrative support to the Bank on legal issues. Candidates applying for
the position must have minimum degree Bachelor’s in Law (Commercial Law as
core) from recognized University. (Master’s Degree in Commercial Law is
preferred).
5. Relationship Manager/Officer
(Various
Corporate Levels – Majority for Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience and Qualification:
A minimum experience of 3 years or above with relevant and progressive
work exposure in Financial Institutions with focus in credit functions.
Candidates should have sound working knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures
and related Central Bank Directives and Circulars. Candidates should solicit
credit related businesses by identifying opportunities, building and
maintaining good relationship with clients. Candidate must currently be
working at one position below the position applying for. Candidates applying
for the position must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
from recognized university. (Master’s Degree in business related field is
preferred)
6. Gold Loan Supervisor/Assistant – Contract
(For Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive work experience as
Gold Tester/Gold Loan In-charge preferably in Financial Institution with
experience in Gold Loan Marketing, Operations and inspection/Monitoring of
Gold Loan.
7. IT Assistant
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science (IT)/ Computer Engineering/
Electronic and Communication Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Computer
Information System or equivalent from recognized university securing at least
50% marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 or 6.25 CGPA out of 10 with fluency in Nepali
and English (oral and written) with technical knowledge of IT systems like
Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft SQL Server, Hardware &
Networking, and general programming (HTML/PHP/JAVA/PYTHON/.NET). Age of the
applicant should not have crossed 28 years as on June 25, 2024.
8. Trainee Assistant
(A number of positions for inside and outside Kathmandu valley
branches)
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in
business related field from recognized university securing at least 50% marks
or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 or 6.25 CGPA out of 10 with fluency in Nepali and English
(oral and written). Age of the applicant should not have crossed 28 years as
on June 25. 2024.
As Bank has requirement for above mentioned
positions at various locations, candidates must indicate their preferred
Province and Branch location while applying for the position as mentioned in
vacancy. Candidates meeting mentioned eligibility criteria and obtaining
minimum required marks in written examination for selected position (as per
selection procedure) conducted by the Bank shall be shortlisted for further
selection procedure also on the basis of location as per requirements of the
Bank.
Applicants having Computer literacy with good working
knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is preferred.
